I love finding old rolls of undeveloped film without labels or any idea of when I shot them. The result is almost always rewarding. These pictures are from a couple of rolls shot well over a year ago on a Pentax 67. Some are from Big Bear on a job. Some are from our old apartment and around town.

La Caja de Fotos is a blog about photographs. It literary means Box of Photos. The concept was inspired by the action of storing our pictures some place, in my case I use a box, where they lie dormant until on any random day I decide to go through the box. The process of going through those images creates a series of feelings: nostalgia, happiness, anger, confusion, coupled with a rush a memories. That process is the reason I continue to shoot. Over the next few months I will open the box and create an online version of it.
